It was such a pleasure to have you with us at mum’s funeral. From previous experience we were confident that you would provide us with a ceremony which would meet with our requirements. We were not disappointed. The ceremonial part of the funeral was everything we had wished for. Your excellent reading of the eulogy gave the impression that you actually knew mum. Every word was audible and you coped expertly with the German. Mum would have been delighted to hear you read her story. Next, a complete change of mood as you, with great dignity, read the comforting words of John from the Bible . Finally we thank you for your comfort and support during the committal service at Huddersfield Crematorium. Afterwards there was much praise for your contribution to the ceremonial part of the funeral. It was really personal and special to mum and her family.We greatly appreciated your support during a very difficult time.

A huge thank you for all your help, support and co-operation with Dad’s Celebration of Life service on Saturday. What a phenomenal job you did – the compliments (giving special mention to you) have been pouring in, I can tell you! You helped to make it a really special and happy day. On both occasions, funeral and celebration, you set the tone perfectly and we are so grateful for that. As you yourself said on Saturday, I hope our paths don’t have to cross again for a very long time, certainly not with regard to funerals, but it has been great to know you over the past few months.
